The beauty of it is it’s tasty balance and harmony of all parts and how great beer you can brew with very few, but only the best ingredients and how crucially important each step in the process is to sculpture such beer.
Our goal was to make very crisp, clean, delicious lager that will show respect for each ingredient and lager brewing tradition and all this in at just 4,6% alc beer.
This beer is cold lagered for 7-10 weeks, is unfiltered and unpasteurised. The reason why it is so clear comes from cold lagering which make sediment settle on the bottom of the tank and what is left is clear tasty beer.
The design of the can stands out form our core range because we again collaborated with the same artist that made design for Nitro Coconout Porter. Art in many forms is something we admire and we are super excited to give you look on our new creation. It reflects the old tradition of brewing great lager beers.
It is available as draught and in half litre can which we believe and feel is the right size for this amazing crisp and tasty lager.
Cheers, Prost, Nazdravje! 🍻

19/X/20 - 50cl can @ ElManana’s place, BB: 4/VI/21 (2020-987) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can!

Clear pale yellow beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty, grains, soft bitterness, bit grassy, slightly fruity. Aftertaste: very malty, grains, nice bitterness, more grassy, decent, very good helles!

Can via 100 piv. Showing light yeast character, which is fine. Other than that there is a balance of med-high bitterness and subtle earthy grassy hops character, light grainy maltiness. Pretty classic, good, though not exactly my style.

500 ml can, bb 09.04.2021. Golden, clear body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head. Aroma of bread, hay, flowers, grass, some citrus, some honey, slight biscuit. Tastes similar, with some more earthy and herbal notes. Light, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, quite dry, floral, herbal, earthy, grassy, a bit piney, a bit bready, a bit citric, with subtle honey. Really nice. Crisp and clean, quite light-bodied, but aromatic, with a good balance between smooth malts, spicy hops and just enough sweetness. Really refreshing, classic style example. Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 15
