Voor de Dunkel Weizenbock heb ik mij volledig gestort op tarwemout. Door meer dan 50% tarwemout te gebruiken krijgt een Weizen die herkenbare romigheid en frisse aroma's. Voor dit bier heb ik ervoor gekozen om ook karamel en chocolade tarwemout te gebruiken. Het resultaat: Grolsch Dunkel Weizenbock (7.5% vol.). De karamel en chocolade tarwemout maken het bier sterk amberkleurig. Bij het ruiken herken je frisse Weizen aroma's. Proef tonen van karamel en gebrand mout, afgerond met een romige afdronk.

Bruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van karamel, wat kandij en gedroogd fruit. Best goed deze Weizenbock.
