Rocky white head left a froth on a hazy golden coloured still body. Stewed fruit, apricot & malt aroma. Full bodied, smooth, sticky & cloying with a lighter clean back. Orange, syrup, concentrated fruit juice &alt tastes with a bitter hopped up pine finish. Class!

Can at home. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, tropical fruit hoppiness and moderately bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad. Edit: after pouring in the second half of the can all of a sudden I'm drinking fucking fruit juice. Ugly as fuck. Down from a 6 to a 2. Original review text: Bottle shared by ElManana & Sanne @ Sebletitje’s Farewell tasting. Clear yellow golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, very hoppy, hops, fruit hop bitterness. Very nice!

Murky orange with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. Bitter with strong grapefruit followed by hints of pineapple and almost apple. Long finish. Moderately full bodied

Tall can from Sai Liquor at home. Hazy peach yellow pour with some sediment. Minimal head. Aroma is juicy mango, fuzzy peach, pineapple, pine, dank and heavy juice. Taste is big bitter boozy punch with a slightly dry prickly finish. Peach and mango, lots of citrus pith, some pineapple, alcohol. Sweet and juicy and very bitter and pithy. Really good. Maybe dry is not the word but the prickly NEIPA palate has a dry effect somehow. Lasting warmth and citrus pith bitterness. Definitely worth a try.

ours hazy orange with a thin white head. Aroma of guava, cantaloupe. Taste has soft hops on the tongue with a finish reminiscent of orange juice, mildly oily resin accents a lush fruity base. Palate has lingering soft hop oils on the tongue with boozy orange juice permeating the nasal cavity and the roof of the mouth. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours murky deep orange. Orange juice, mango, pineapple, soft toffee at the end. Good body. Nice.

Can (4/15/20--drunk 6/27/20) pour. Appearance is thick dark yellow-light brown with decent amount of white floaties and fair sparkle ( a bit of a snow globe effect and bird droppings at the bottom of the glass but can warns to only pour 1st 90%) and trace lacing. Aroma is strong apple, tart apple cider vinegar, dank wet towel, herbal, citrus. Taste is rich, red grape, bit of alcohol, and herbal. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, slightly grainy texture, average carbonation and sweet finish with zing that is citric or alcohol bite. Overall, don't get the sense that this is over 8% abv nor the high IBU. Aroma and taste have decent complexity--and mostly pleasant--and warning on the can saves it from getting huge appearance demerits. Don't look at it and enjoy!

Super hazy and muddied raw honey gold and rich orange coloured body that looks more like pulpy orange juice than anything else, with a very thin, soapy, single centimetre tall tan head that fades fast. Aroma of alcohol, citrus, astringent hops, oranges, grass, flowers, peach candy and some light malts - quite strong in the nose. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Very rich and chewy body at first with a pungent peppery and floral characteristic at first that hits hard and strong and leaves a little candy sweetness towards the end with a grassy and floral bite, but the citrus fruits and mangoes/melons are evident at the very end. Aftertaste is dry, floral, slightly hoppy with a touch of bitterness and a peppery, but pungent full-bodied and sweet finish - very complex, especially for the style. Overall, a very nice and well-rounded, complex, New England Imperial IPA that hides the alcohol well, but has a rich profile that is enjoyable and well-recommended - if you can find it, drink it right away! I sampled this, sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 24-October-2020 for US$6,49 sampled at my house here in Washington on 09-November-2020.
