I have another 16 oz can from Half Time, acquired a few months ago, this time a hazy imperial IPA. Ready to go with a globe glass, I tilt the can inside. The appearance is a darker hazy gold with a proper head of unquestionably white foam. I smell lots of yellow fruit, tropical and some citrus. The taste follows the scent closely with mangoes, limes, white bread, a touch of pineapple and field. More sweet than bitter but there is a small unexpected bitterness in any case. I get a creamy sensation. A decent beer in the range of the style, no real breakout.

Appearance: hazy orange-gold with a white head
Aroma: citrus, stone fruit, tropical fruit, resin
Flavor: medium bitterness, medium sweetness
Texture: average carbonation, creamy feel, medium body, long finish
Tasty
Orange with a foamy head of modest duration. Aroma promises overripe peaches, caramel, mineral water, and orange peel. Taste is unexpectedly (but mildly) sweet with a big, chewy, caramel base making itself felt. Mild, citric bitterness at the finish. Body to the full side of medium, moderate carbonation, dry. Alcohol remains well hidden—it actually feels refreshing. Good one.

440ml can. Hazy yellow gold, small white head. Sweet fruity aroma of pineapple, passionfruit, citrus. Taste has the sharp citrus and tropical notes with a piney bitterness and sweet malts. Well balanced. Smooth body, soft carbonation. Excellent.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of citrus, mango, passion fruit and biscuit. Pours hazy orange golden color with thick soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy ripe tropical fruity, citrusy and resinous, following is herbal, slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth but crisp, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Magic potion…
