Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a dark brown with a reddish hue and an off-white head. Odd oatmeal aroma. Light body, subtle roast, a little cocoa - and nothing much else. Appears like a Mild. Very watery. 270413

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass deep black, nice head. Starts mild, fine malty, soft, modest dry. Nice notes if chocolate and cacao. Wonderful balanced finish, soft-malty, very drinkable. This is a great beer!

500ml bottle. Opaque black with medium to huge collapsing macropore tan head. Sourish notes are prevalent in the otherwise slightly roasty aroma that lacks wideness and depth. Taste starts promising with smokey ham-like notes and roast, but collapses immediately to a watery dry concoction with hints of coffee only sporadically flaring up. Light body, unable to integrate the different aromatic partitions into a whole.

Black with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and toffee with a hard roasted charcoal note. Sweetish malty flavour with caramel and toffee, with a fruity hint and a chocolate finish. Somewhat thin mouthfeel

Trocken. 9/8/8/5/8/7

Bottle at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Quite simple stout but drinks very easy and quite tasty for the abv. Very dark brown appearance with off-white head. Some lingering coffee grains. Touch thin the more I try, simple but good. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
