50cl bottle at Belgian Beergeeks/Brewver summer tasting at Tim's house. Thanks Eugene. Batch# 1, bottled 09/09/2020.
Cuivre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme au nez délicat - pas mal de malts, grillé, chocolat noir amer, léger boisé.
Palais présente un bon caractère de stout avec un retrait léger de pin, de grillé et chocolaté avec par dessus une fine pellicule d'acidité signature de Nevel - cela passe très bien tout en restant subtile.

Little cloudy brown beer, creamy beige head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, floral, cow fodder, little funky, nice roast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little soapy, bitter touch, soft roast, bit soapy, bit oxidized, nice. Aftertaste: bitter, fruity touch, dried fruits, more oxidation, caramel, yeasty finish.

Bottle at THT online thanks to sjogro. Hazy almost black with brown head. Pine, blueberries, earthy roasted, ashy, chestnuts, oak, light caramel. Medium sweet, lighter bitter and soft sour. Medium bodied. Great!
