Brewed with our friends at Steel & Oak (@steelandoak ), with help from Brew Culture (@brewculture ), and Vessel (@vesselpackagingco_west ), this Small IPA is inspired by the modernism that the W represented. At an easy 4.5% this beer bursts with new-age aromatics of Orange, Vanilla, Coconut, and a medley of tropical fruits. It’s light, soft and double dry-hopped for less bitterness and more aroma.

473mL can, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is somewhat chalky and dank, with subdued dank hops, citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bitter, with earthy hops, some pine, a bit of chalk, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Thankfully, the clarity is good, not too hazy (i.e., not chalky, yeasty). It's not a very interesting beer but it's pleasant enough.

Can from High Point, Vancouver
Hazy light blond colour, compact head. Nice aroma, of tropical fruits, citrus peel, light pine. Bone dry, crisp, with fresh hop presence, lemon cake (kind of what happens with Sorachi Ace), citrus peel, gentle pine; balanced bitterness.
They could just drop the hipster "hazy", this is plain and simple a Session IPA. In its difficult category, very good.

Soft hops and mellow chalk on the nose, has good foam on a cloudy yellow body. Flavour is soft papaya, vague lychee, hints of lemon zest. Mouthfeel is full, soft chalkiness, mellow crispness. Subtle but effective similar to the sculpture it's named after.
