On tap at Upside, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of peaches, a little bourbon, and some vanilla. Flavour is quite peachy upfront, immediately followed by lots of vanilla-dominated bourbon. I guess it's still cider-like but there's really not much apple character. Fun vanilla and bourbon bomb with plenty of peach juice.

Nice stormy pale straw, heavy carbonation, great foam. The aroma is musty chewy peach, very soft bourbon accents working extremely well. Flavour is a dry peach, slight vinegar notes, sugary with very soft bourbon. Lively carbonation makes it crisp, lingering tannins. Really enjoyable, very well balanced.
