Cherry and apple. Ruby red pour. Tart finish. Decent balance. Tap at cidery.

On tap at Upside, pours a clear dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of sweet and sour cherries, and just enough crisp cherries. Flavour is loaded with deep dark cherry pits. Not much apple remains. Not sure I'm too happy with this cherry expression—a bit too woody and pithy. Okay.

Has a very nice purple body and huge foam, smells of deep sweet cherry with some slight butter. Flavour is nice bright cherry mellowed out by some sharp sweet apple. Crisp carbonation. Okay, reasonably balanced.
