Introducing, our Fresh Hop beer 2020 edition. We used a simple grain bill to let this years crop from @northwesthopfarms shine through. Aroma and taste of citrus, grapefruit and pine come through from a large whirlpool addition of cascade and centennial hops. Using an easy coast yeast strain compliments the hops to showcase their characteristics.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Poured from the tap. Clear gold with white head. Mild grain malt with a slightly wit malt characteristic, very feint hop aroma and just a hint of citrus hops on the taste. Quite underwhelmed.

Faint hops on the nose, too faint really, mellow gold body and not enough foam. flavour is mellow smooth hoppiness with vague grain notes. Mouthfeel is full. Rather simplistic but clean and will get the job done.
