das Bierzelt Festbier was brewed specifically to celebrate Oktoberfest. With the name meaning 'beer tent,' we wanted to create a traditional German-style festbier to be enjoyed as if you were drinking under a grand beer tent at a festival.
With a rich golden colour and a moderately malty sweetness, das Bierzelt is an excellent representation of a German-style Festbier. Pairing perfectly with pretzels and mustard, this crisp and clean beer is one that you can go back to again and again.

On tap at Ravens, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and light sweetness. Flavour is bready and dry, with bready malt, cereal notes, and straw. Sweet and bready, with a crisp finish. It's alright.

Golden colour, clean. The aroma is simple, near macro lager. It has a respectable malt flavour, mild, bread, with a little toast, balanced bitterness, and it's clean. Pleasant.

The aroma is good biscuit, some soft cabbage, has weak orange body with little foam. Flavour is smooth biscuit with some lager hops over top. Mouthfeel is crisp and full. Not bad, more lagery than I prefer for a festbier.
