A true unfiltered representation of Southern California. Baja Crush is bursting with juicy citrus forward hops. Massive amounts of Mosaic and Lemon drop hope are used for dry hoping while a moderate hand is used in early boil hop additions. The result is enormous hop flavor and aroma without overpowering bitterness.

Pint can pours with a murky copper gold body that supports a full light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up orange and tangelo juice as well as guava, cantaloupe, mango and a thin slice of strawberry. The taste delivers a nice blend of juicy citrus and soft sweet tropical fruitiness. I get orange juice and tangelo juice woven into soft sweet guava, cantaloupe and mango. Also somewhere in there is a sliver of strawberry and a sense of minty tea. Pretty nice.
