Bottle sample at PRNH Meibockfestival ’12. Clear amber colour, off white head. Aroma of light toasted malts, hint of flowers, caramel. Flavour is sweet, malty, honey, malty finish with some flowery notes, a bit nutty. Light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy mouthfeel. OK stuff.

Clear light orange color, about 1cm white head, diminishing quite quickly. Smell is a bit weird to me, not sure what it is. It’s not bad but not really inviting as well. Taste is a little sweet. Smooth texture, medium body, low to medium carbo.

Thanks bierkoning! Hazy dark amber color, small beige head. Toffeish, grainy. alcoholic nose. Sweet toffeish flavor, light diacetyl, grainy and yeasty. Just way too yeasty and unbalanced sweet. Not really a bock either. Probably decent from tap.

bottle, kindly donated by Bierkoning - thank you very much! Hazy amber-golden colour, mid-sized white head. Full-bodied, solid malty body with lots of floral-resiny hops. Slightly grassy, slightly fruity with a shy sweetness and a touch of caramel in the background.
