Een goudgele zonnige kleur en fruitige smaak. De zorgvuldig geselecteerde mengeling van bleke moutsoorten zorgt voor een ronde fruitige smaak met een bittere ondertoets.

Bottle, Belgian Belly, Chorlton. Clear gold with a white head. Fruit and yeast evident in aroma, with more of the same in the flavour. Sweetish, with a little booze kick in the finish. Unremarkable, but drinkable.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a collapsing white head. Mild spiced and yeasty aroma. Flavour is mild caramel malt sweet with a solid bitterness breaking this and an underlying spice note. Mild sweet yet bitter finish, light spiced too.

330 ml bottle. Almost clear, pale golden body with thin white head. Aroma is sweet, yeasty, spice with some alcohol. Flavor is very sweet, some malt, quite spicy and alcohol. A bit sticky body, and much too sweet to be balanced.

bottle (2008/10/14). Yeasty, spicey apple aroma. Hazy dark gold color with a loose white head. Medium body with smooth, nearly creamy carbonation. The flavors are yeast, touch of honey, hot spice or pepper, some appleskin. Finish is quite dry and something like old yeast in sparkling wine. It is a very tasty ale.

Pours gold into a tulip. Fluffy white head recedes to skim surface. Dried citrus from front to back. Slightly hoppy. Gave me a headache.
