Poured into a pint glass, soft dark brown color almost black with a cap of a white head. Sly lacing.
The aroma blended some dark fruits to coffee beans, somewhat roasty and sweet. Subtle milk chocolate.
The flavor blends the roast to the sweet adequately through the prior mentioned aromas. Subtle blend of the aftertaste rolls into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty good porter slightly of an English styled one and worthy of having again.
