Can 1 pint. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Super lactic sourness in the aroma, citrus fruits. Not an awful lot of body, just fresh, fruity tartness. Has a little sulphur like so many kettle sours, but it doesn’t dominate the beer. Hops are there but don’t really play any major role. Super refreshing. 160317

This was poured into a tall tulip.
The appearance was a glossy burnt orange color with a nice cloudy/hazy body to it. No head, no lacing.
The aroma starts off with fresh green apple, some lemon peel, and some freshly cut grass, light apple cider.
The flavor brings together all of the previously mentioned aromas to mainly be sour. Slick sour green apple aftertaste runs into the aftertaste and slides into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sipping quality to it. Sourness hits in a semi-sticky manner, not syrupy, not cloying, but kind of smooth.
Overall, this was a decent sour/wild ale, maybe again, good for this time of the year,
