Botella 33 cl en el kraken cortesía Beni... 09..11..2016. (r13). Etiquetada como ZIORTZA T por el reg sanitario 30.11648/P para el Monasterio de Sta Maria de Zenarruza. Sin mucho mas que decir. Sabores ácidos poca espuma posible contaminación.

Tap @ IV Feria de la Cerveza Artesana de Castilla y León, Lerma. Dark amber conoloured, with an off-white head. Nose is caramel, molasses, light fruity. Flavour is toasted malts, molasses, light fruity, Belgian yeast. Not that good.

Color coca-cola, dos dedos de espuma. Aroma tirando a fermento, algo agrio. Lo mantiene al principio en boca aunque pronto evoluciona hacia un tono claro de uva bastante agradable. Algo aguada. Inferior a la rubia, aunque no está mal.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Brown colour with a formation of an off-white head, medium lasting and moderate lacing. Aroma is caramelish, toasty and slightly yeasty. Flavour is mild sweet at the beginning, yeasty, notes of candi sugar. The final is slightly bittery with a medium duration. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.
