33 cl. bottle @ Robert’s Pub, Veenendaal. according to the backlabel this has been brewed by van den Bossche, in Herzele, Belgium. Very lightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is grainy with very faint hops. taste is medium bitter and quite pilsener-like. mouthfeel and finish is also very lagerish. More English than American styled IPA but really a bit hoppier pilsener.

The in-house beer of Robert’s Pub in Veenendaal. Possibly brewed by Brouwerij Rodenburg, but the waitress was unable to confirm this, and the owner didn’t respond to my inquiries. At any rate, a slightly hazy orange coloured brew, with an off-white head. Nose is grassy, slightly citric, underwhelming hoppiness. Flavour is light malted, caramel, crystal malts, bit of hops, slight sweetness. Medium carbonation. Finish is slightly bitter. Unconvincing.
