Corked bottle from Carrefour, Málaga
The cork explodes, the big glass is full of foam and a tiny portion of muddy amber liquid, the bottle keeps gushing forever. The sour aroma doesn’t come as a surprise. The citrusy acidity at least creates a refreshing flavor, being not totally disgusting, although it’s totally flawed.

Bottle from Carrefour. 75cl bottle. Upon opening, both the cork and 3/4 of the bottle hit the ceiling and the rest of the kitchen. Only sediment was left behind. Murky beige colour, no head. Nose is light floral. Flavour is brittle, yeasty and dry. Bit of hops, some sourness. Possibly infected. A disaster.

75cl bottle. Orangish colour with a large head due to the high initial carbonation, but quickly diminishes in a few seconds. Aroma is slightly fruity yeasty and sour. Flavour has fruity hints, slightly caramel and a sour final. Carbonation is high. Body is light.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki (shared with Mankke & co). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sour wood, caramel malts, some quite fruity notes with mild perfumed soap and a bunch of yeastyness. Flavour is bigtime yeast, some grains, mild rubbery notes, perfumed soap and mild sour wooden notes. Not really sure what beer style they are looking for to do with this, else than strong ale...
