Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Draught@GBBF2007 (thanks Mes!). Hazy kind of yellowish green colour with no head. Aroma is dry apples, some tannins and mild wooden tones too. Flavour is sweet apples, some wood, mild tannins and a bit tartness. Nicely dry palate.

Tap @ 3 Judges. Hazy light orange colour, no head. Aroma is slight sour apples, phenoles. Flavour is sour apple, fairy dry, bit of leather and phenoles. Dry finish.

Bag in a box at the Portcullis, Clifton, Bristol 23/097/09. Slightly hazy gold in colour. This was quite subtle compared to the other Gwynt Y Ddraig ciders sampled on the same day. Sweetish apple juice with some dry rusticness in the finish. Very drinkable.
