Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has sweet grains and bread with a hint of toffee underlying. Flavor is similar but also has a touch of light fruits underlying.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear brown, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, earth, smoke. Taste is sweet caramel, earth, bitter hop. Thin.

Draft @ Hereford & Hops brewpub. Clear dark amber - reddish colour, small off-white ehad. Aroma is sour malty, caramel. Flavour is sour malts, caramel, fruity. Slightly sweet and dry finish.

Sampled on draft at the Cranberry Twp PA location this beer poured a medium amber color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet and malty with a hint of fruit. The flavor is sweet and nutty with a hint of molasses and ripe fruits. The flavor is reasonably pleasant but a bit faint. Very smooth though.
