Süffiger, mild hopfiger Beginn. Trocken, leicht herb, rund. Weich, trocken herber Hintergrund, steigende Bitterkeit. Mittellanger Abgang. Gefällt. 10/9/11/11/8/10

0.5l bottle. Hazy light golden color with medium white head. Aroma: grapefruit, pomelo, honeydew, malt. Taste: grapefruit, pale malt, herbal, grassy. Light bodied, moderately to lively carbonated, quite high bitterness. Not typical helles, but enjoyed.

0,5 l bottle purchased at Beer Supreme Oldenburg. Pale golden with a lot of small visible sediments. Huge white frothy head. Citrus and hop on the nose. Taste starts with fresh hop bitterness, some citrus. Grain in the second row, citrus sweetness in the background. Dry. Long lasting bitterness in the aftertaste. Nearly a Pale Ale.
