pink, no head. mostly aroma resembles a raspberry sodapop, but you might be able to sense a little salty sourness in there from the beer. flavor is raspberries and mild faint slightly salty slightly sour beer. berries and beer balance well, neither taking over.

330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy golden pink colour with a short-lived, fizzy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is raspberries, with some light biscuit yeast notes. The flavour is light to moderate sour, with a smooth, juicy, light tart raspberry, creamy oat, light sweet lactose palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sour and sweet but the sourness wins. Nicely balanced.

Raspberry nose. Very hazy dark orange amber colour, small fizzy off-white head, vanishes within seconds. Sour aroma, raspberry, strawberries, marmalade. Mild sweet and sour taste, raspberries, light lactose. Light to medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, lingering mild fruity sweet and sourish aftertaste, salty touch, good balance between sweet and sour, very refreshing and very nice.

330 ml bottle. Dark red, small ffoamy head. Raspberry, sweet cherries, fresh strawberries, a bit of lime and lactic acid. Dry mild acidic sourness, slightly sweet. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, mild dry sour finish. Lacks in body, however nice fruity and refreshing.

Tap at 100 piv. Rather simple, but pretty effective. Fruit centered, nice clean moderate raspberry intensity. Rather light sourness, does not go over the top, subtle lactic/fruit acids. Easy drinking, thin body, med-high carbonation. Pretty good.

Keg at Bird in t'Hand, Darwen. Pink, mostly clear, very little head. Raspberry/cranberry aroma, some soured milk. Tart taste with presence of raspberry to the fore. Long finish with no abatement of the tartness, and lots of fresh raspberry in the aftertaste. Heavy carbonation. Good stuff!
