A rich and creamy sour wheat beer, brewed with raspberries.
Taste: Sweet creamy raspberry with a tingling, zesty acidity. The light, almost farmhouse malt body slides slowly down the tongue almost as a meringue, balanced by a juicy creamy lactose touch.

Smell of raspberry. Ruby colour, tiny pinkish head. Aroma of raspberry, not much else. Lightly sour, lightly sweet. Lively soft carbon.

Second round for this beer and it was again really tasty, simple and refreshing. This one is a light sour beer, subtle sourness,a bit creamy, light, aromatic and concentrate of raspeberry like syrup, juicy, light, a bit watery, some bitterness, good, 08.09.23 at Epalinges.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: amber color with some transparency closer to the the edges of the glass; one finger white foamy head which dissipated fairly quick and barely left any lace
Aroma: sweet raspberries then a subtle tart to zest sort of quality to them; lighter scent of some lemons, then the sour-ed wheat; sly funk in there too
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair sour to tart and funky sweet vibe to it all; finishes raspberry-ish with the sour-ed wheat
Texture: light to medium bodied, there's some sessionability to this beer; light smoothness but with a touch of dryness and tart character acting a little bit assertive here
Overall: for the most part, I liked this flavored sour ale for me, I think I could come back to this.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a creamy, off-white head. Intense raspberry aroma. Kinda light-bodied, an initial slight sweetness before a saly sweetness sets in. Raspberry throughout. Pleasant. 221225

Deep red, quite translucent through light. Low to medium sized off-white, kind of slightly pinkish head, shows good enough retention and lacing. Average intensity in a clean, simple aroma: soft dough-like base, with a hint of wet wood feel to it, quite vivid sweet raspberry notes, a bit of refreshing lemony tartness. Taste notes follow the aroma pretty closely: soft, half dough-like, half lactic (low sourness) base, sweet raspberry notes, a bit of citric freshness. Medium sweetness, a bit of sourness to cut the sweetness (very little sourness for a berliner however), no detectable bitterness but the beer still feels nicely balanced by a clean profile and a decently dry finish. A bit of raspberry sweetness in the aftertaste. Pretty light in body, with average or slightly below average, delicately tingling carbonation; feels very easy to drink and kind of lively smooth. Overall: much more similar to a sweetened fruit lambic (in the likes of Lindemans or Belle-Vue ones) than to a berliner; not at all bad at that, it's simple, clean and nicely refreshing, but far from impressive or interesting.

Tap at First. Deep pink pour, off-white head. Semi-sweet, tartish malnaszorp with long tart finish and light body. Rather refreshing.
