A rich and creamy sour wheat beer, brewed with raspberries.
Taste: Sweet creamy raspberry with a tingling, zesty acidity. The light, almost farmhouse malt body slides slowly down the tongue almost as a meringue, balanced by a juicy creamy lactose touch.

Tap at Pudel, Tallinn. Aroma is low key - floral... raspberry I guess. Hazy ruby red. Thin translucent white head. Raspberry sourness with some juicy sweetness in the mix. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Sweet fringed Berliner.

Can drunk in Südtirol. Medium Amber, small head, sour raspberry nose. Pretty smooth, hint of caramel, very nice mild sour flavor that doesn't overwhelm. Fruity is very noticeably raspberry which is a nice change from many sours. Tasty and refreshing.

17/2/2023. Can bought at Peterborough Beer Festival 2022. Shared at SBGP1. Pours clear pale amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of raspberries, malt and herbs, with a salty edge. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart and salt. Light body, watery, average carbonation. Quite enjoyable.
