Bottle 33 cl. Amber, hazy with a small head. Very hoppy aroma with a grassy and citrus nose. Bitter taste with a fruity end. ok

Smell of hops, citrus. Copper colour, yellow head. Aroma of hops, leaves. Flat carbon. Some mead. Medium sweet, medium bitter.

Cask at the Green Lion, Malmo. Golden brown pour with a medium thin head an no lace. A buttery creamy caramel aroma which leads to a silky smooth creamy slightly bitter flavour. A most unusual ale. Great to taste and for a session too.

Wirstroms, Stockholm, tap: Pours amber with a creamy off-white head. Very light aroma with slight grapefruit and other citrus. Taste is not at all bitter or hoppy. Ok, it’s a little tiny bit hoppy, but not nearly enough to qualify it to be a drinkable IPA. There is some minor aftertaste. This is mostly an amber ale.

Dark copper colour. Light malty sweetness. Long lasting fruity hop flavour. It’s a bit too low on carbonation so the flavour never really comes to life.

Bottle in Stockholm. Pours rich gold with a medium, foamy white head. Pleasant notes of pine and ripe grapefruit in the aroma. Medium sweet flavor with nice, toasted malts, ripe citrus, grapefruit, wet pine. Medium in body with average, creamy carbonation. Medium sweet on the finish, fairly resinous with toasty bread, some fresh grass and nicely rounded pine character. Not an overly assertive IPA, but it’s OK.

Bottled 330ml (BB 10/2012)
Clear copper color, good steady off-white head. Grassy, dusty nose with licorice-kind of saltyness, not the most fresh feeling. Medium-bodied. Bready maltyness with some citrus and fruityness. Short bitter finish. Feels a bit empty and boring.

Bottle from Systembolaget in Strømstad, Sweden. Orange colour with a small white head. Lots of grape in the aroma, toghether with some fruitiness. Very moderate flavour, with some hoppy grape and light fruitiness.
