È bevibile e di facile approccio per la sua categoria di appartenenza grazie al corpo leggero, ancorché dotato di particolare complessità aromatica con note di malto e caramello. Tale risultato è ottenuto mediante l’uso di un processo di produzione che conserva ancora la pratica delle tre miscele di mosto, metodo tradizionale e che richiede tante risorse, ormai quasi in disuso. L’esclusivo processo di fermentazione a bassa temperatura, lungo e complesso, le conferisce un gusto morbido ed unico, che le permette di distinguersi fortemente all’interno della categoria birre rosse.

Bottle from Waitrose. Deep reddish amber colour with a thin off white head. Aroma malty and light fruity. Slight seeeg taste medium body.

Bottle from Esselunga. Clear amber, thin, off-white head. Aroma of caramel, plum, red apple, herbs, brioche. Taste has sweetish caramel, apple & pear, nutty, a bit herbal bitter; short herbal hoppy finish, bit metallic & slightly woody. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Drinkable 'Amber' table beer or something like that.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur rouge translucide, mousse blanche tenace. Arôme de malt caramel, poussiéreux, fruit quelconque, vieux pain. Goût de malt caramel, âcre, amertume moyenne un peu aggressante. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen-faible.
