355ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly citrusy, bitter hoppy aroma with a touch of lemon, cautious grainy, strawy background. Taste is citrusy and bitter hoppy, some lemon, a touch of pineapple, a mineral touch, husky, pale malty basis. Light, easy drinkable, nicely hopped.

Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell lightly malts, lightly hops, lightly a touch of lemongrass-ish something. Tastes about the same: lightly malts, lightly lemongrass-ish, lightly bitter. Average body, average carbonation.

FWIBF. Really solid Kolsch thats not from Cologne. Aromas are herbal, hoppy, grassy, noble and floral. Flavors are grassy, bready, hoppy, clean and crisp with moderate fruit that I think is more from the hops than from the yeast. Crisp and refreshing with a low body, and sharp carbonation. Really nice to drink.

(bottle, 35.5cl, 5.5% abv) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Citric and flowery hoppy aroma with mildly spicy herbal accents and a delicately buttery malty touch. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy on the tongue. Initially pale malty with a dusty touch and a rising hops character from the middle part, including citric, floral and mildly herbal notes; dry and moderately bitter finish with an aromatic hoppy tail. 29.VI.13

Nice dry, bitter kolsch. Clear golden with initial creamy head, fades to skin with good lacing.Aroma is light hops, pine. Taste is very hoppy, finish is long and dry...bone dry. As it’s not brewed in Koln, technically it’s not a kolsch....
