Bottle. Pours clear pale straw with negligible white head. Clear, yeasty and hoppy aroma with fresh paperlike and vinous notes. Dry onset, light hoppy flavour, bitter finish. A very nice kölsch.

Bottle, 5.5%. The aroma starts off dusty, turning a little perfumy and then to a sort of wild hop aroma. Clear yellow colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is malty and slightly sweet with a spicy hop note, later a little fruitiness. The mouthfeel seems a little thin, but it is not a real problem. Gut.

Bottle @ Das Mesiterstuck, Berlin. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Yeast, grapefruit, citrus and grass. Smooth and dry. Fine bitterness.

Biggish offwhite head. Clear deep yellow body. Light delicate orangey tropical fruit aroma. Dry-sweet gooseberry, oranges, and tropical fruit taste with catty resiny notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish resiny orangey aftertaste with earthy gooseberry notes. It’s nice, but perhaps a little earthy and catty, and not enough going on. (0.33l bottle, from Das Meisterstück, Berlin.)

Bottle at a Den Haag RB tasting. Very clear light brown pour with a thin white head. A warm rich malty aroma with a hint of fruit. The flavour is rich, slightly bitter and hits the palate very quickly where it was slightly medicinal. Carbonation is L O W! A rather nice and interesting beer.
