Borefts 2018. Day 1. Hazy brown no head. Big sweet roasted caramel party with trumpets and a tiny trombone. Sweet jizzy salty caramel malt with light grapemost sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Tap at Borefts. Bit hazy reddish brown with not much head. Sour peach, vanilla, sweet peach, caramel malts, light bourbon, bready, bitter herbs, fruit skins. Over medium sweet, medium bitter and under medium sour. Almost full bodied with soft carbonation.

Sweet, woody, boozy and bourbonny. Good enough, strayed a bit from the quad-path into barleywine areas. Not much peach, though, that was a disappointment, needs loads more. Tasty beer, just didn't fully deliver its potential.
