Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

Celebrating Mountain Day with: Collective Arts Guava Gose 4.9% Pinkish orange with virtually no foam beyond a gone in a blink fizz. Great sweet guava aro A. The medium bodied beer is tart and acidic with nice guava notes. Tropical refreshing flavors. Good stuff.

Canned. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is peach, some citrus, mild toffee and some slight tart tones. Flavour is citrus, some peach, guava and mild salty and quite strong tart berries in flavour as well. Smooth gose.

Draft at the Country Club of Leawood, Kansas. The pour is a hazed white yellow with a foamy white head. The aroma is big guava fruit, soft tartness and a bit of wheat grain. The taste is a nice balance of the guava fruit and bright tart citrus, finishing with clean wheat malt. The palate is light bodied, fine active carbonation and clean bright tart finish. Nice one.

Can 35,5 cl. Pours a murky, opaque pale orange/reddish with a creamy, white head. Super intense and delicious Guava aroma mixed with the lactic acidity. Light body, tart, lightly salty and super fruity although the Guava is less intense flavor wise. Tart finish. Very refreshing. 100522

On tap at Rappourt. Pours a cloudy light peach with a slight tangerine hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour guava and slightly sweet wheat with a hint of juiciness underlying. Flavor combines juicy and sour guava with a slightly sweet wheat backbone.

Tall can from Tramline walking around. Aroma is definitely tart guava. Taste is similar strong tart guava sourness. Some grainy cereal finish. Very minimal carbonation. Goses aren’t ever my favorite but this is a good one, that delivers on the guava. Refreshing.
