Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. rund und natürlich fruchtig, Koriander ist nicht erkennbar, das Salz nur wenig - was auch richtig ist. Etwas trocken, dennoch rund, erfrischend, mittellanger Abgang. Gut! 9/10/11/11/9/11

330ml can from Gavel, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a murky medium reddish orange with a thin white head. The aroma is yeasty, big guava. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a light, crisp, juicy guava, yeasty, light floral palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A little one dimensional but I enjoyed this a lot more than I expected to.

Can: Poured a bright reddish color gose with a large pink color head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with fresh guava notes is quite nice. Taste is a mix of nice refreshing notes of guava and fresh lightly sweet guava notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very refreshing gose with nice fruity undertones.

Can for Matesfest20. Opaque light orange. Guava on nose. Excellent use of this somewhat difficult fruit. The salt plays off it splendidly. Lovely poolside drink this sunny Boxing Day down under.

Pours cloudy, very hazy blonde. Modern, over-the-top NEIPA style of haze. Small yet stable white head. Scent is pretty straight up gose, but with a fruity touch indeed. Wouldn't say it's instantly recognizable as Guava, one part because i'm not overly familiar with the fruit, another part because it doesn't showcase it's specific fruit as much as I thought it would (to me). Taste is nicely tart, not overboard. Saltyness is very mild, relatively dry. Wheat, and of course a strong fruit presence. Medium body, medium (very sophisticated bubble ) carbonation. A minor salty touch pops up towards the end. All and all, a very enjoyable summery fruitbeer. Once again, the concept of Gose is a bit lost to these fruited variants that become more and more popular.
