Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

Pours cloudy, very hazy blonde. Modern, over-the-top NEIPA style of haze. Small yet stable white head. Scent is pretty straight up gose, but with a fruity touch indeed. Wouldn't say it's instantly recognizable as Guava, one part because i'm not overly familiar with the fruit, another part because it doesn't showcase it's specific fruit as much as I thought it would (to me). Taste is nicely tart, not overboard. Saltyness is very mild, relatively dry. Wheat, and of course a strong fruit presence. Medium body, medium (very sophisticated bubble ) carbonation. A minor salty touch pops up towards the end. All and all, a very enjoyable summery fruitbeer. Once again, the concept of Gose is a bit lost to these fruited variants that become more and more popular.

Can. A- Guava. A- Peach color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Guava, mild salt. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Juicy and refreshing. Spot on with this one. The guava overpowers everything but I love it. A bit ta Best use of guava I've had in a beer.

Perfectly pink coloured body with a nice, fairly opaque glow of orange and deep hazy pink, all with a soft, and relatively fast-dying, single centimetre tlal , just off-white head. Aroma of amazingly fresh and fragrant pure guava fruits with nothing in the middle - this smells like pure tropics here with a tart and slightly soured bite with a hint of passionfruit as well that adds to the pucker quality, all with a very soft note of brine and salt and a light dryness at the very end to give this a subtle complexity. Light-bodied; Very strong pure, super fresh, guava flavours dominate in a great way with some pineapple, passionfruit and hibiscus as well - all tart and very refreshing, especially at this time of year. Aftertaste is very fruity with a great tart component and complexity across the spectrum, from the fruits, with an enjoyable grassy and crisp dryness, but the guava (especially), pineapple, peach and passionfruit notes are unmistakable and great across-the-board. Overall, a very tart, crisp, tropically and sweet beer that shows very nicely throughout and still has a good complexity from all the fruits, yeast and light maltiness - very nice to try and well-recommended, especially in summertime here in Washington! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 10-July-2020 for US$3,77 sampled at my house here in Washington on one of the last (hopefully) warm days here in 2020, even in autumn, on 26-September-2020.

Pours opaque yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of tart tropical fruits, guava, pineapple. Taste has malt base thats quickly overpowered by tart guava notes, light lambic influences, lactose, salt notes. Palate has continued tartness, Good.
