Pours opaquely hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and flufy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge juicy/tart/tangy pink guava, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pink guava, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy pink guava, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pink guava, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tart/tangy. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly sticky/saline mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is an awesome fruited gose. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pink guava, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Awesome balance of super juicy/jammy guava and Lacto complexity; with a great pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.

Tap, Pivo & Burger Fest. hazy amber colour, medium white head. Gently fruity, soury, slight saltiness. Lots of passion fruits notes. Moderate soury, squite salty. Fresh, light. Very fine.
