Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can, Canned on April 3, 2019 poured into a glass. Cloudy with medium white head. Aroma is guava, medium body, medium/well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is tart rich guava. Nice fruity gose.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours hazy burnt orange with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, wheat, salt, sweet fruit, guava. Flavor is sweet, light tart fruity, wheat, salt, tropical fruit, juicy, guava. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet and light tart fruity finish. 110519

On tap at MBCC '19, Red session. Filmy layer, unclear pale orange coloured body, Dotted spots on the glass. Tart juice fruity smell, dry. The taste profile has got myrtle fruity tartness with notes of citrus. Ends tart, mid-sweet and dry. Not more than a decent cleanser for me. (Copenhagen 11.05.2019).

Sample @ MBCC 2019, red session. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy pink. Aroma and taste are rich guava, fruits, malt and has a nice sour finish.
