Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

Sample @ MBCC 2019, red session. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy pink. Aroma and taste are rich guava, fruits, malt and has a nice sour finish.

The Aromas are tart pale malt, a little natural guava and a hint of salt. For flavors tart again is in front with some very nice natural guava. Good body and finish with just a suggestion of salt in there somewhere.

A murky milky pink guava juice with a very thick and frothy white head. In aroma, loads of guava pulp, light tropical fruits, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity tart mix of lemon pulp and guava, tropical fruit, light acidity, Epsom salts, very nice. Can from brewery, summer 2018, about 5 months old.

Can 473ml. @ home. [ As Collective Arts Gose (Guava) ].Murky matt medium to light orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, tart, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, guava, guava puree, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, tart, guava, tropical fruit, light salty, light spicy - coriander, medium dry.
