Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

(473ml can from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours nearly opaque pinkish-orange with a thick, stable white head and lace. Aroma is loaded with fresh guava, basically like cutting into one. Supplementary notes of lightly tart lemon and yoghurt, salt. Flavour isn't as richly juicy as the nose suggests, with a lightly tart creamy yoghurty lactic acid base, soft wheat, grapefruit, guava, moderate salt. Finish is dry, ample guava, salty, light tang. Light creamy body, soft carbonation. Refreshing and simple, the nose is really ace but the flavour is just decent.

Cloudy blond colour. One of the most evident guava aroma arounf, fresh, sharp. Soft mouthfeel, light acidity possibly from the fruit, nice guava, touch of sage, touch of salt.
I think guava works better with some sharp lactic acidity, but it's also good in this beer.
It delivers.

On tap at Darby's Gastown, pours a cloudy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh, bright guava juice, with a touch of lacto and some salt. Flavour is fruity and salty, with a lovely fresh guava juice character, followed by lots of salt, and moderate lacto. Almost too salty, but the prominent guava cuts it down nicely. Very good.

Cloudy with a thick head. Has a lot of guava on the nose. Tart, soft malts on the palate and again a decent amount of guava. It's not that you can't make a salted kettle sour with fruit, but calling it gose is just stupid. There is no gose character here.

Can from LCBO that pours a cloudy golden-pink colour with a nice thick creamy, off-white head, that lasts quite a long time and leaves good web-creamy lace. Very nice fruity nose with the fish guava juices. In the background is well-blended notes of salt, yeast and coriander. Flavours of the fruit are milder with the sourness, light saltiness and yeast creating a little tart in the finish. This is a really well done fruity Gose.
