Fris zomerbier , recept van Patrick Volders. Het vierde bier van volders-bieren is een saison en verwijst naar de echtgenote van Patrick, moemoe voor Lily en Lewis. Bier met dryhopping, welke een milde en toch intense aroma's geeft, afkomstig van Lubliner hop.

Pale blond colour with some haze from the the yeasty residue. Interesting aroma and taste. Floral but also with something of sweet pea.

Medium, pitting-in off-white head over slightly orangey golden beer, fully hazy. End of bottle solid yeast. Slightly sourish nose, almost acetic. Faintly herbal, vegetable, as in soup, threatening to turn sour. More bitter in taste, spicy-herbal, vegetable/spicy bitterness; if with a fine sweetish-ness in the background. Only very faint hints at the acidity from the nose. Bit burning MF, enhanced by the spritzy carbonation. Aftertaste has a typical grain/proto-malt flavour, again linkable to that sweetness. Quite weird, Volders.
