As hop bines arrive at the head of the processing plant, another team of highly skilled workers tirelessly hook each bine by hand onto the hop-picking machinery. We love Citra. It’s an incredible hop that’s as bold and reliable as hops come, which is why it has captivated both brewers and consumers alike since its debut in 2008.

Citra makes up 35% of our total hop contracts, and 25% of the YCH hop yield each year.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Typically murked up orange gold, with a decent CW swede. Holy balls, the aroma on this is stunning. So much citrus. It’s just candied, pulpy, fresh squeezed citrus fruit all the way. Mouthwatering stuff. Taste is sweet and super juicy, fresh citrus bitterness. Smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Fine and sharp carbonation. Lingering citrus bitterness to finish. Whoa. Cloudwater nailed it here.

Can at home thanks to Colin for this one. A hazed golden. Orange. Frorhy white head. Aroma is waxy citrus, wheat white grape, breakfast orange, wheaty grains flavour is composed of semi sweet wheat grains.. Palate is semi sweet z rounded, highish carbonation.. Ok
