Tofta Pils is a modern Pilsner with copious amounts of hops of the varieties Magnum, Saaz and Cittra. The idea with the beer was to create a pilsner that many can appreciate, but which is not perceived as a casual beer. Just Cittra is a hop variety that we appreciate very much and therefore it felt completely natural to have a large portion of this hop as a flavoring. The result is a modern pilsner with a long full-bodied aftertaste.

Fat @ Beer'n play. Ganska stökig pils. Stor fruktighet, men även degig och något lite plastigt. Därtill en bitterhet som skär sig.

How: Bottle.
Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Amber colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, some fruit, grass.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, some fruit, bitter finish.

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy pale amber, mid sized head. Phenolic nose. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Medicinal with some grass and pepper. Resinous very bitter finish.
