We’ve Got You is a Fruited Gose, brewed in support of Hospitality Action. Extra Pale Ale malt and Wheat provide the base, with Acidulated Malt and Lactose. Citra hops for bittering. Kettle soured with Lactobacillus brevis. Fermented with our house English Ale yeast strain. Brewed with sea salt and coriander seeds. Conditioned on blueberries and Morello cherries.

Deep purple colour with a minimal pink head. Aroma is cherry soda, yeast and blueberries. Taste is cherry soda, soft yoghurt, tart and lacto leading to a medium salty finish. Didn´t get the coriander though. Lot of carbonation.
