De Lightship Cider Pet-Nat is gemaakt van 50 % appels en 50 % peren uit Rhoon. Deze cider heeft een troebele licht gele kleur. De geur is die van stro en peren. Door de langere rijping op de fles en de wilde vergisting is een krachtige maar goed gebalanceerde cider ontstaan met mooie zuren en zeker ook wat restsuiker. Een cider die niet misstaat bij een kaasplankje of een charcuterie
The Lightship Appel en Peer pet-nat is a natural fermented 50/50 cider. 50% pears and 50% apples. This cider has a hazy pale yellow color. The smells are funky, pear , hay. In the mouth it is an embodied cider. With a good acidity and some residual sugar. It goes along very well with blue cheese and charcuterie.

Thanks Maakun! Hazy pale straw with no head. Lemon, golden kiwi, sour green apples, hard pear, baking soda. Quite sharp acidity. Medium body, quite strong carb. Nice to try, but not very easy going.

Bottle shared. Hazy pale yellow. Tart pear, light funk, dry green apple, soft citrus, earthy, chalk. Light sweet, medium sour. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and medium dry finish.
