In de oude zeemansverhalen verslonden draken hele schepen met hun bemanning. Maar in China staan draken juist voor geluk en waken ze over het water. De rokerige smaak komt van de Chinese Lapsang Souchong thee. Deze wordt gedroogd boven naaldhout en krijgt daardoor een intense smaak. Samen met de Nederlandse appel geeft dit een heerlijke cider die mooi combineert met charcuterie of geroosterde groenten. Wees dus een lieve draak en deel je geluk! De cider delen is optioneel want wij begrijpen het best als deze je te goed smaakt.

Bottle at home, golden colour, no head. Aroma is cider, tart, apple. Taste is the same, sweet, tart, apple, hint of tea, dry, not bad

Pale straw with no head. Light sour apple, dry, yeasty, just a little hint of the tea/smokiness. Refreshing light tart drink with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy very pale yellow straw, not much head. Dry crisp apple, light pear, mineral funk, smoke. Quite dry, not too bitter and light sour. Medium bodied, quite dry. The tea is present but not overpowering. Decent for a Dutch cider.
