--Bottled at PBF XIII. -- Clear copper colour small head. Dark berries dominate the nose, with some fu ky barnyard behind. Citric with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric acid and blackberries and mild barnyard. The more stuff you put into a 3 Fonteinen, the more it detracts from the near perfection of their regular gueuze.

2019 vintage. 750mL bottle at Station 1280, pours a clear cherry red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out intense earthy blackberries, subdued funk, and some acidity. Flavour is very earthy, with bone dry blackberries, subdued funk, and very light acidic. Extremely earthy, pungently blackberry-ish, but not overly complex. Good but far from the 3F peak.
