Refrigerated 12.7 oz. green bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours translucent red with medium light pink head. Nice small bubble lacing, medium body, and really nice raspberry aroma. Taste is raspberry, oak, and finishes is oak and a hint of booze. Start off nice then finishes average.

Bottled. Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off white head. Aroma is berries, some wood, mild wine like notes as well. Flavour is raspberries, wooden, mild alcohol, some wine like (tannins?) notes along with some tart other berries as well. This all turns into a quite sweet but dry berryish flavour in the finish and aftertaste. Rather smooth.

Bottle. Brown-amber beer with a light reddish head. Sour and light acetic aroma with light sweet malt and light fruitiness. Sour and light acetic flavor with light caramel and light fruitiness. Medium bodied. Sour and light acetic notes linger with light grape and light caramel.

Cloudy brown beer. Massive pale apricot coloured head. Strong nose of red wine and a little sherbet. Palate is light and semi crisp. Fresh raspberry, tart but not overly so. A little red wine in the background. Slightly sour orange which has a touch of sherbet. Finishes semi dry and crisp. Fruity tangy beer, a real taste bud tickler!

Bottle bought in Copenhagen in June 2012. Hazy reddish with a small head. What a refreshing beer! A lot of raspberries both in the aroma and taste, also notes of berries and with a light tartness. Not as sweet as expected. Really, really drinkable with a creamy mouthfeel. I must buy some more bottles of this one.

(Bottle, 0.375 l, at Solmu, 20121012) The beer poured deep reddish brown and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had wood, raspberries, tartness and yeast. Palate was medium bodied and dry with quite high carbonation. Flavours were raspberries, berries, wood, mildly fruitiness and low bitterness. Aftertaste had berries and wood. An interesting experiment but for my taste the raspberries dominated too much.

Sampled from bottle @ monthly De Molen tasting. Hazy amber color, small to medium sized beige head. Smell fruits, some sweetness and a bit woodish. Taste lightly sourish, a hint of sweetness mainly from the fruit, red fruit (so probably raspberry). A bit dry finish, medium body, medium carbonation.
