Lovely aroma, bretty and floral. Dry!!! Lovely stuff. Taste is very subtle,

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Nose is tart and bretty, with lemon, grapefruit, leather, horse blanket. Huge bretty funk. Light notes of tropical fruits in there as well. Bright golden color, clear, with a lovely, big head. Tangy and fruity flavor, dusty old leather, tropical fruit come out more in the mouth. light and crisp, tart but not sour. Papaya and a hint of pineapple. Funky, bitter finish. Great. Slightly cleaner and tarter than the Japonica, while that one has more complex grain notes.
