Our latest foray into alcohol free beers sees us take our iconic Lost Lager and turn it into a crisp and refreshing 0.5% crusher.
The light Pilsner malt base is the perfect foundation, offering up a delicate backbone that gives the hops a stage to shine. The final result is a light lager with zingy citrus and herbal notes, coupled with savoury biscuit malts. All the flavour, none of the alcohol.
Contains lactose. Not suitable for vegans.

Can on the must-do Settle to Carlisle railway line, such a beautiful train journey. Not a huge amount of oomph behind it, although my use was to recover a little from the beer tour of Carlisle earlier in the day. Hoppy alcohol free lager.

Another one that tastes like flavoured fizzy water. I've actually written to Brewdog to ask what they have done with their a AF beers as they are now appalling.

Pours clear light yellow with low white head falling quickly. The aroma is fine lemon with pine accents, light wort in the background. Taste is fresh, juicy lemon, slightly herbal, peppery, echoes of yogurt. Body simulated by the addition of lactose and moderate carbonation.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken (n/a dpt.). ABV is 0.5%. Very pale straw colour, moderate coarse head. Sweetish aroma of pilsener malts, newmown grass and citrus. Citric mouthfeel, light bodied as expected. Citric flavour too, low bitterness. Drinkable, no off-flavours.
