Bottle from Alko. Bbe 08/01/2017. The beer poured deep golden color with a thick white head. Sticky boozy at first, later woody, herbal hoppy noted in aroma. Flavor has grapefruit, pine, wood, herbs. Not very fresh. Aggressive hops, bitterness. Sweetness as well. Drinkable but heavy.

Can pour into tulip glass from Greg & Jane’s Beer and Wine. Appearance is cloudy dark orange with lots of colored floaties, fair sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head which fades quickly to a ring, and copious sudsy and leggy lacing. Aroma is strong tropical fruits, light pine, citrus and grapefruit. Mildly astringent. Taste is not as strong as aroma--still tropical fruits but more malt and more resin bitterness than I was expecting. Light alcohol. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, soft-to-average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, aroma is the standout but still a decent mix of flavors. Color is beautiful; floaties are not.

355ml bottle from Alko. BBE Aug 1st 2017. Pours dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of herbal hops, resinous notes, pine, caramel, toffee and grass. Taste is resinous, sweet and piney with some grass, citrus, caramely malts and hints of toffee. Finish is crisp, resinous and piney with some herbal hops and grass. Okay, quite resinous old school DIPA.

Amber, offwhite head Onion and tropical hop aroma. Medium body, mellowed mouthfeel Herbal, a bit on the fruity side, could be balanced better.
