Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Sweet aroma of coriander and yeast. Light body, very yeasty with a massive carbonation. Sweet fruit, coriander and heavy yeast. Ends fairly dry. Not the worst of the style. 180911

Bottle. Lightly sweet lemon, coriander, and musty wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with large white head. Lightly sweet/musty lemon and wheat malt flavor. Very light body, high carbonation. What flavor is there isn’t bad, just isn’t much there.

Foggy yellow with some head if poured aggressively. Aroma of slightly artificial hops on the nose and nothing else. Taste is a murky mess of corn, hops, hay. Really watery finish. I don’t know who Uncle Hansi was or is, or how he buddied up with this French brewery, but after all these beers from La Saint- Pierre I have no interest in meeting him.
