500 ml bottle. Hazy yellow pour with a white head and good retention. Good lacing. Slick and flat mouthfeel. Lightly bitter and slightly sour flavor. Good for an organic, but a sub-par pils.

From old tasting notes. Deep Amber gold color with a big rocky white head. Refreshing floral hop aroma. Delicious dry hop flavor with a brisk malty character. Long dry finish and aftertaste. Very good.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow. Decent head. Aroma is grassy and noble hoppy. Taste is grassy, grainy and hoppy. Medium carbonation. Easy drinking but could do with more bitterness. Decent German Pils. That’s it.

Bottled 500ml. -from Rudat Dortmund. I’ve spent last few years chasing for Pinkus Müller beers and now when I finally found them all three are just average (Original, Hefe Weizen and Pils). Pitty. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild grainy nose. Sweetish malty, touch of grain and caramel with notes of hops in the finish. In one word...boring.

Flasche (50) von Denn’s Biomarkt, Berlin. - Goldgelb, klar.

Sample from bottle at Winking Lizard (as "Ur-Pils"). Pours a clear bright golden color with a medium white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt and grassy hops. Light-bodied with flavors of biscuit malt, herbal hops and a bit of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

0.33 l bottle, best before April 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite floral and slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains, some fresh grass and some citrus. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, floral, slightly grassy-spicy and a bit fruity taste of grains, some fresh grass and traces of citrus, followed by a short, just slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy and a little 'green' finish. Thin to medium body, very smooth and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very soft Pils, very little bitterness but some aromatic hops are there. Not great, I liked the 'Extra' better.Old Rating: 0,5 l bottle. Clear, golden yellow with a foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Aroma of grass, hay and cereals. Slightly sweet taste of cereals, grass and hay. Only slightly bitter finish. Thin body, average carbonation. Good pilsener as it does not have that unpleasant bitter finish. Maybe a nice thirst quencher in the summer. Not overly impressive though. (5/3/5/3/11/2.7)
